Get Ready for March Madness!!
March Madness is March 16th, 2012 6:00-8:00pm in the McLean High School Gym

Save a few bucks and don’t hesitate to buy your tickets early!! Once we’ve received your order, you will receive an envelope with your wristbands for admission, as well as any food and raffle tickets you may have pre-ordered.
Tickets will be available the day of the event, but will cost a bit more.
Pre-order Tickets: $4.00 per ticket or $15.00 for a family pass – up to six family members, including 2 adults and 4 children.
Tickets at the Door: $5.00 per ticket or $20.00 for a family pass – up to six family member, including 2 adults and 4 children.
Food tickets: $1.00 each or 11 for $10
Family Food Bundle: $20.00. This includes: 1 large pizza (pepperoni or cheese based upon availability), 4 drinks & 4 treats ($24 value)
Family Food Pass is PRE-ORDER ONLY and will end on March 12, 2012
Raffle tickets are available for $5 each. The more you buy, the more chances you have to win!!

One free session to Kent Gardens Summer Camp (2 week)
Signed Hockey Puck by Alexander Ovechkin
One week in a French Villa in Southern France www.thewestmill.com (This is only for the week in the Villa – tis does not include any travel costs or expenses, and during the off-season as available).

Volunteers Needed for March Madness – All shifts
If you are available to work a shift at the March Madness event, please go on our volunteer website, http://www.eventbrite.com/event/2913828339 and sign up. You may also view the volunteer flyer March Madness Volunteer Form that went home in your child’s Friday Folder, listing available shifts. If you have any problems signing up for a shift please contact Heather Tuttle, vp2@kentgardenspta.com
Shifts include ticket sales, concession stand (inside and outside gym), security posts, prep and clean-up.
