Spring After School Academies
After School Academies are offered three times a year (Fall, Winter, and Spring). Point of contact is Janice Chong – jchong@fcps.edu.
On Friday, 9 March 2012, at 4PM, registration for Spring Academies will open. Currently, you can view the offerings: Spring After School Academies 2012 . Registration will be ONLINE ONLY. You will be required to login, or to create an account if you have not yet done so in order to register.
Please read the guidelines below and the information that follows. The following guidelines apply for all academy classes:
- Enrollment is limited so please register early. Registration is ONLINE ONLY. Please register below. Children will not be permitted to attend an academy until the class has been paid for.
- Registration will open on Friday, March 9, 2012 and close on Friday, March 23, 2012. We are sorry, but no late registration will be accepted.
- Spring session classes will be 8 weeks in length and start the week of April 9th and continue through the week of May 28th. The weeks of June 4th and June 11th will serve as make-ups, as necessary.
- Pick up policy: Please pick your child(ren) up promptly. Please be sure to carefully review the late pick up policy when you register online.
- The Academy personnel reserve the right to request that a child leave a program is his/her behavior is disruptive or inappropriate. No refunds will be given.
- Classes will be offered only if there is sufficient enrollment. You will be contacted if the course you have selected is canceled
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE FIRST CLASS.
- For financial aid, please contact the Assistant Principal, Ms. Gavin, before registering a child.
